Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employee and family

The company pays for medical/dental/vision insurance through a group plan for employees working 30 hours or more per week. Employees are eligible for these plans from the first of the month at least 60 days following the date of their employment. Eligible employees may add family members to their coverage at no cost to the employee. Please note: The health insurance marketplace and regulatory requirements are likely to change from time-to-time. Availability, eligibility requirements, coverage details, and rates for insurance may change at the company’s discretion.

Generous PTO

After a trial period of four pay periods (rounded to the nearest payday) each salaried employee working a standard 40 hour work week will receive 20 hours (2 1⁄2 days) of paid time off (PTO). Thereafter, PTO hours accrue (are earned) at a rate of 5 hours per pay period up to a maximum of three weeks (15 days) of paid time off each calendar year. Time off may be taken in 1/2 day or full day increments. Part-time employees working per a signed employment agreement for at least 20 hours a week on average (or an amount equal to current labor regulations, whichever is greater) receive PTO and holiday pay on a pro rata basis.
