We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve acquired Seattle-based AnswerDash, expanding our suite of offerings to Include AI powered self-service support

This aligns beautifully with one of our current platform offerings, Chord. Because Chord can personalize the web experience based on conversational learning, it makes a great deal of sense to leverage AnswerDash for automated and predictive support inside of Chord.
